Tens of lots were built there and sold, and new districts were born. Bou Ghazaly district names were given to at least three residential areas in Baabda and suburbs.

From ancestors we continued the skills of real estate business, specialized in an area from Beirut at the sea Coast with its unique and rare properties moving to Baabda district with its unique, Yarze pine area, and from there to the wonderful mountains of the unique perfect climate in Alay, Bhamdoun, and suburbs.
